This website describes a piece of hospital software and gives you a way to ask for a walkthrough of it. It does not sell you anything, and reading it puts you under no obligation. These are the terms it is published under.
What this page covers — and what it does not.
This page is about the public DivyaJivan website you are reading, and nothing else. It describes a website that has one form on it.
Patient records, clinical data and everything inside the DivyaJivan software are a separate matter entirely. They are governed by the written agreement between DivyaJivan and each hospital that uses the platform, and by the consent a patient gives inside the product itself. Nothing on this page is a description of how patient health information is handled.
So if you are a patient asking about your own records, this is the wrong page: the hospital treating you holds them and is the place to start, and we will help your hospital answer you.

These are our own plain-language terms for this website, written by the people who built it. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. We would rather publish something honest and readable now, and tell you that it is unreviewed, than leave the page blank or paste in somebody else’s policy. A reviewed version will replace this one, and the date will change when it does.

What this site is.
Information about DivyaJivan, hospital software made in India, and one form for asking to see it working. That is the whole of it. This is not the software, there is nothing here to sign into, and no part of any patient record is reachable from these pages.
Using the site means reading it and, if you want to, filling in that form. There is nothing to buy and no account to create.
Please keep patient information out of the form — it is an enquiry box, not a clinical channel.
Nothing here is an offer or a contract.
Everything on these pages is information. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to supply anything, and nothing you do on this site puts either of us under an obligation to the other.
If you decide to use DivyaJivan, what governs that is a written agreement signed between your hospital and us. That agreement — not this website — is what says what you get, what it costs, and what we promise. Where the two ever disagree, the agreement is the one that counts.
Pricing is on request.
No price appears anywhere on this site, and none is implied. What a hospital pays depends on the edition and on which modules it switches on, so it is quoted on request, in writing, per hospital.
If you have seen a figure attributed to DivyaJivan somewhere, it did not come from here.
What the product descriptions mean.
The modules and workflows described on this site are written to say what the software does today, checked against the software rather than against a plan.
Where something is not built, or is built and not yet sold, it is marked as such. The “What’s next” section on the front page is work in progress: nothing in it is live, and nothing in it should be relied on in making a decision. The module register marks the same distinction row by row.
We may change, add to or withdraw any of it as the software changes. A screenshot of a page here is not a specification.
No warranty for the website.
This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be reachable.
Please do not decide anything important on the strength of a web page. Ask for the walkthrough, get a written proposal, read the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Nothing here is medical advice.
DivyaJivan makes software for hospitals. Nothing on this website is clinical guidance, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or advice about anybody’s health, and none of it may be used that way. If you have a medical concern, see a doctor.
The software does not practise medicine either. It records, organises and moves information for the clinicians who use it. Every clinical decision belongs to the clinician who makes it, and the responsibility for it stays with them and with their hospital.
Our words, our marks.
The DivyaJivan name, and the writing, design and code of this site, are ours. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it from anywhere. Reproducing it wholesale, or passing it off as somebody else’s work, is not welcome.

Where this site links somewhere else, that place is somebody else’s — its content and its handling of your information are theirs and not ours, and a link is not an endorsement.
Governing law.
These terms, and anything arising from your use of this website, are governed by the law of India.
The written agreement a hospital signs is what names the forum for any dispute about the software itself.
One address, and a person reads it.
A question about any of the above, or about the software itself, goes to the same address. So does a request for pricing — you will get a straight answer rather than a brochure.
